I've been locked in my bedroom on covid quarantine since friday but hopefully this weekend I can quarantine in the shop and get those stupid air ducts finished so I get get on to fix the drop gears

I added some foam and mud back into the offending duct. The plan is make clearance on top then see if I can add more to the bottom to get the flow area back.

All fixed with about 1/4" clearance now.

Reminds me of my molded silicone ear plugs.

Yes, my ear canals are a byzantine nightmare.

Made another bondo bung but added some glass this time to make it a little stronger. Then sanded and primed...and remembered why I hate body work, I'm just not good at it.
