I hope AEM have refined the circuits for their WBO2 controllers. I was not that impressed with their accuracy or stability in the past. I used their 2 channel standalone unit on the engine dyno for the supercharged V8's and it was constantly drifting. I never did do a thorough diagnostic to see if it was heat or voltage related, but it definitely drifted. Seemed to be the way of most WBO2 controllers from years ago.

The controller itself is a bosch cj125 which is in all the bosch ecus I think so any issues should be related the vode that reads the controller chip.

but to your point about accuracy......I'm using external LC-2 controllers until I'm sure the internal stuff is working right.

Wow, that's just gorgeous Mark.....

Thanks! I still need to do a proper polish on the tips but I'm pretty happy with most of it.

I didn't do any actual work but I did count the springs I have and then order a lot more. Hopefully they will be here for the weekend so I can FINISH the exhaust.

The O2 bungs on the rear bank are finished. I don't think it looks too bad....not sure is the senors will fry that close to the port but they look neat.

Beautiful fitment! Somebody is going to need some serious heat insulation on those pipes soon! What are your plans?

Thanks and ....I don't know.

I the old supercharged V8 I had the headers double wrapped and then sprayed with high temp silver paint for looks and they stayed quite cool, you would get burned bumping them. I haven't decided what I want to do here though other than probably fire it up as is and make sure everything works before investing time in a neat wrap job or maybe ceramic coating.

Not sure how it can be applied, but Aerogel (the trade name for space shuttle tile stuff) is now available in various forms including flexible matting. The R-factor is about 2.5 times that of the best of standard insulations.

Lana had me on tree planting duty yesterday (18 5' trees) and I head something about it would be nicer with a few more so car time will suffer today....hopefully I'll get some car time.

The springs for the exhaust are here though so material wise I'm good to go.
