Are you looking for a 360 engine complete or most of one? I ask because we have a 360 engine that was damaged due to a real shitty rebuild and has been completely torn down. The cost of rebuilding it to stock form isn't worth it and the parts are of no real use for our projects. As a heads up there is no crank and the rods and pistons are no good. One liner is thrashed and was removed and the cams have a broken variator. If your interested let me know, oh yeah I don't have an intake plenum either. Sounds like a bunch a junk when I write it out..
on the plus side it sounds like a great start for what you want to do as well.
The liners are not honed in the block in the OEM configuration, the factory uses a jig and the liners and pistons are matched by a color code. When installed the liners though it is a press do float and thus final honing in the block can result in out of round liners at temp. Steve D who does our Darton linered blocks machines the block registry and changes how the liners are installed thus allowing for final hone in the block.
Luckdynes (aka Sean) on F-chat machined his own fixture jig for honing the liners out of the block, you could check with him on the details.
The liners are nikasil coated I believe but I'd have to check the manual to be sure, the stock liners are thin, really thin, so thin that there is no honing them when damaged, they get tossed and replaced with new or good condition used hence the color code notation.
